**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building intelligent systems using Python, Django, and modern AI/ML technologies.

The successful candidate will be passionate about creating AI-driven solutions, especially in areas like chatbots, AI agents, LLMs, and automation. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to build systems that are smart, scalable, and impactful.

**Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI/ML models to solve real-world problems.
  • Work with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face models) for tasks like content generation, summarization, and question answering.
  • Develop retrieval-augmented generation pipelines for context-aware AI systems.
  • Build and deploy intelligent conversational agents using FastAPI and NLP tools.
  • Create scalable APIs and services using Django and FastAPI.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using Python and AI tools.
  • Preprocess, clean, and manage datasets for AI/ML training and inference.
  • Optimize AI models and backend services for speed and scalability.
  • Work closely with data scientists, frontend developers, and product managers in agile teams.
  • Deploy models and services using cloud services like AWS.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML development and backend engineering.
