Identity Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise Identity Access Management (IAM) services.

About the Role
  • Design and implement secure IAM systems that align with business goals.
  • Maintain and support world-class enterprise IAM infrastructure.
  • Implement and modernize IAM systems for seamless user experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop robust IAM systems that meet stringent security standards. Your proactive attitude and excellent communication skills will enable effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Support and maintain enterprise IAM services.
  2. Implement and modernize IAM systems.
  3. Address business challenges through technology solutions.
  4. Contribute to identity architecture development.
  5. Mentor junior team members.
What We Require
  • Deep knowledge of authentication protocols.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise IAM systems.
  • A 'can do' attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with IAM vendors like Okta and SailPoint.
  • Knowledge of IAM controls for regulations such as SOx, GDPR.
  • Experience with cloud IAM systems like AWS Directory Service.
  • Ability to shape and implement IAM vision and roadmaps.
  • Proficiency with automation tools and languages.
  • Experience managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems.
