- Determine client needs and financial abilities to propose tailored solutions.
- Intermediate negotiations, providing expert guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.
- Arrange viewings for prospective buyers, ensuring seamless transaction processes.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
- Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections with professionalism.
Main Responsibilities:
