Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and boost sales revenue.
  • Implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach key consumer groups and achieve business objectives.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Track and analyze sales data to refine marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, measuring against predefined targets and KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies that aligned with brand objectives and drive business growth.
  • Strong proficiency in sales and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CRM & e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience working in sales and marketing roles within the fashion or apparel sector.
  • Ability to work positively in a team and independently.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Confidence in dealing with members of the public and the media.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and consumer trends.
  • Experience in budget management and sales strategies tracking.
