We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated candidate for the sachet department as a sachet machine operator. This role involves operating sachet packaging machines to ensure accurate and efficient packaging of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Machine Operation: Ensuring that sachet packaging machines are operated correctly to meet production standards.
  2. Setup and Calibration: Setting up the machine, adjusting settings, and calibrating it for different product types and sizes.
  3. Quality Control: Monitoring the packaging process to ensure sachets are filled correctly, sealed properly, and meet quality standards.
  4. Troubleshooting: Identifying and addressing any issues that may arise during production, such as jams, misfeeds, or malfunctions.
  5. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting the machine to ensure its smooth operation.
  6. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of production output, machine settings, and any issues encountered during the process.
  7. Safety and Hygiene: Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment to prevent contamination of products.
  8. Communication: Collaborating with other team members, supervisors, and maintenance staff to ensure efficient production and address any concerns.

  1. Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding the basic mechanical components of the sachet packaging machine and being able to troubleshoot mechanical issues.

  3. Problem Solving: Quickly identifying and resolving issues that may arise during production to minimize downtime.
  4. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with the operation and controls of the specific sachet packaging machine being used.
