Job Title: Account Performance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our organization as an Account Performance Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, developing relationships with key clients, and enhancing employee motivation through strategic planning and performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Scorecard Data: Develop and maintain scorecard data to identify areas for improvement and enhance employee motivation;
  • Monitoring Account Performance: Monitor and analyze account performance to identify potential bad debts or zero balance accounts, and proactively contact clients to retain them;
  • Building Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal clients, gather feedback, and provide valuable insights to enhance service quality;
  • Collaboration and Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to classify efficiency levels, determine sales strategies, and develop unit qualifications;
  • Evaluating Client Demands: Evaluate client demands and usage patterns, and suggest relevant services and pricing options that meet both client needs and organizational objectives;
  • Client Reviews and Billing: Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to assess credibility and perform billing duties as required;
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Participate in weekly reviews of promotional activities to identify development opportunities and maximize profit;
  • Issue Resolution and Communication: Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, answer questions, and conduct follow-up tasks;
  • Business Intelligence and Reporting: Prepare market analysis reports, competitor analysis, and market trend analyses to inform business decisions;
  • Internal Relationship Management: Maintain effective internal relationships with key decision-makers within the organization.
