Job Title: Financial Operations Director

As a key member of our organization, the Financial Operations Director will oversee all financial transactions, including fixed payments and variable expenses, bank deposits, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Audit financial documents and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Reconcile bank statements to prevent discrepancies and errors.
  3. Calculate tax payments and returns in a timely manner.
  4. Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  5. Prepare budget forecasts to inform business decisions.
  6. Publish financial statements on time to stakeholders.
  7. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings efficiently.
  8. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate records.
  9. Ensure timely bank payments to maintain good credit standing.
  10. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements to provide insights into business performance.
  11. Audit financial transactions and documents for accuracy and completeness.
  12. Comply with financial policies and regulations to avoid non-compliance issues.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with bookkeeping and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
