Job Description

Astute Solutions, a company with a vision to provide professional expertise in software development for businesses, is seeking a dedicated Business Development Specialist/Relationship Manager for Web and Mobile App projects and vacancies.

The ideal candidate should have good English fluency and ability to carry out conversation, have a target-oriented approach, possess call center experience preferably, be hard-working, self-motivated and a good team player. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an attractive telephone voice, and exceptional sales skills are required.

The potential candidates must possess the following key duties:

  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Find, engage, and activate companies through the use of mailings, Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook), public platforms, and alternative searching techniques.
  • Initiate new calls to potential customers and follow up on all progress made daily.
  • Build relationships with clients through responding to their queries and resolving issues.
  • Ensure exceptional communication skills leading to customer satisfaction.
  • Have exceptional English language skills, must be fluent and professional.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for business.
  • Present products or services in a structured professional way.
  • The candidate MUST be driven and motivated, willing and able to achieve challenging sales targets.
  • Be well organized, possessing an excellent work ethic.
  • Handle multiple customers and multiple follow-ups; disciplined working habits are a must.
  • Partner with Commercial Manager to create an ongoing company mapping strategy.
  • Implement creative strategies to identify and engage with a qualified and diverse company pool.
