We're seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Specialist to lead the development of our testing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and maintain scalable automation test suites using Selenium (Java), Cucumber, and TestNG
  • Review and refactor existing test cases for better coverage, maintainability, and performance
  • Own test execution and reporting for smoke and regression suites; analyze failures and collaborate with the team
  • Contribute to the optimization of test execution time and test suite reliability
  • Cross-functional collaboration to understand features, identify gaps, and clarify requirements

This is a high-impact role that involves working closely with developers, product managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure reliable and timely releases.

In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our testing framework. This includes designing and implementing new tests, as well as ensuring existing tests are accurate and efficient.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and identify areas where automated testing can improve the development process.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with the team to drive quality best practices and continuous improvement in our testing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and TestNG.
