Position Overview:

The Sales and Customer Executive role at Unilever involves negotiating joint business plans with customers and being accountable for upholding key business performance indicators.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by achieving underlying volume/sales targets through effective negotiation of joint business plans with customers.
  • Improve competitive visibility in stores by analyzing post-execution processes using analytical skills.
  • Coordinate with distributors/customers to execute operational plans and lead extended teams of Field Marketing Managers (FMMs).
  • Negotiate joint business plans with customers and be accountable for upholding key business performance indicators.

What You Need to Succeed:

A Bachelor's Degree holder with 1-4 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry is required. Strong business and financial acumen, effective communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI are essential.
