About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Coordinator to support our litigation program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of litigation strategies to advance our mission.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in law, with experience in supporting teams and managing projects. You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the litigation program, including coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You will also be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of relationships with external partners, including donors, government agencies, and community organizations. This will involve communicating effectively, building trust, and providing support for negotiations and agreements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Litigation Support: Assist in the development and implementation of effective litigation strategies to advance our mission.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including case files, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, including donors, government agencies, and community organizations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to fundraising, governance, and finance.
