Driving Product Success

The Product Owner plays a pivotal role in driving the product lifecycle forward by gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating closely with various teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

This critical position contributes to shaping and refining our products, empowering development teams, and validating team deliverables.

We develop video content management systems, recognized for excellence in industry reports.

Our solutions include EnterpriseTube and Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS). DEMS aids public safety organizations in storing, managing, processing, and digital evidence, while EnterpriseTube enables live and on-demand video streaming, multimedia content storage, sharing, and analysis using artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Vision and Roadmap Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish the product vision and roadmap.
  2. Epic Breakdown and Expansion: Decompose the product vision into Epics, Features, and User Stories with a clear Definition of Done.
  3. Prioritization: Align Epics, Features, and User Stories with business goals and their impact.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams to support customers and prospects.
  5. Progress Tracking: Employ methods to monitor progress and bring visibility to the team.
  6. Show n Tell and Reviews: Organize demonstrations, perform reviews, and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
  7. Documentation and Evangelism: Write articles about new features and improvements for both business and technical audiences.
  8. Feature Demonstration: Showcase new product features and enhancements to other teams.
  9. Team Leadership: Lead a team of Product Analysts by setting standards, processes, and procedures.
  10. Mentorship and SCRUM Ceremonies: Hire and mentor Product Analysts and lead various SCRUM ceremonies.
Requirements:
  • Business Acumen: Understand both product business and technical aspects.
  • Decision Making and Negotiation: Excellent decision-making, prioritizing, and negotiation skills.
  • Planning and Forecasting: Good planning and forecasting skills.
  • Technical Skills: Good technical abilities.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire at all levels.
  • Project Experience: Must have worked as a Project Manager or Product Owner before.
  • ALM Experience: Must have used Jira, Azure DevOps, or any other Application Lifecycle Management tool.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration and team working skills.
  • Agile Methodology: Must have worked in a team following SCRUM or other Agile methodology.
