Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Support: Assist in creating and maintaining finance-related documentation, including financial reports, budgets, policies, and procedures.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to analyze financial data and generate insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and finance team members, to ensure effective communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure accurate financial information exchange.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar finance role, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial operations.
  • Solid knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
