Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused travel visa advisor to assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and travel advisories. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients achieve their travel goals.

  • Provide expert consultation on visit visa requirements for various countries (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Schengen, UAE, etc.).
  • Guide clients through the visa application process, including document preparation, forms submission, and interview preparation (if required).
  • Stay updated on visa policies, immigration laws, and travel regulations for different countries.
  • Maintain accurate records of client applications and follow up on pending cases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers.
  • Address client inquiries via phone and in-person meetings professionally.
  • Assist in marketing visa services and promoting company offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Travel & Tourism, Business, or related fields preferred).
  • Prior experience in visa consultancy, travel agencies, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of visa categories, documentation, and embassy procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
