Job Title: Key Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire accounts receivable process from start to finish. This role involves a combination of analytical and administrative skills, with a focus on ensuring that all customer accounts are accurately recorded and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage accounts receivable team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments and invoices.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of customer accounts to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Implement and maintain effective controls to prevent losses due to bad debts, disputes, or other factors.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and optimize cash flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial and finance, to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.
