Business Growth Specialist

We're seeking a driven Business Growth Specialist to join our U.S.-based healthcare call center client. As a Business Development & Cold Caller, you'll be responsible for driving top-of-funnel outreach efforts by engaging prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS to generate qualified leads and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to healthcare businesses and prospects across the U.S., building rapport and understanding their needs.
- Engage leads through targeted emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up texts, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
- Schedule appointments and product walkthroughs for senior sales staff, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Present our value proposition effectively, highlighting the benefits of our products or services and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Maintain accurate CRM records with detailed call notes and status updates, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs, including minimum monthly leads and appointment goals, consistently delivering high-quality results.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach messaging and targeting strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, outbound calling, or call center sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to various communication styles.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments, think critically, and apply persuasive sales techniques to drive results.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold email strategies, and CRM tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt new technologies.
