Human Resources Strategist

The Human Resources Strategist will oversee the entire recruitment process for technical and emerging technology roles, as we transform our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners to provide advisory services and strategize to fill job vacancies.
• Conduct a thorough intake conversation with stakeholders to capture the essence of the role and write an enticing job description that showcases the opportunity to candidates.
• Utilize proactive sourcing and recruitment practices to find exceptional talent through various channels, including social media, networking, and referrals.
• Present high-quality candidates that meet expectations.
• Effectively manage the applicant tracking system to communicate the advancement level of each role.

Must-have Qualifications:

• Strong full-life cycle technical recruitment experience; expertise in recruiting for technology industry professionals.
• Experience recruiting for Agile environments; familiarity with Scrum, XP, and other methodologies.
• Proven ability to source and build pipelines to locate quality candidates for digital, software development, cloud, big data, and internet of things roles.
• Excellent relationship, communication, and advisory skills to provide value-added consultative services.
