About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by crafting compelling sales arguments to existing and prospective customers, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Needs Analysis and Customer Relationships: Perform thorough needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their unique requirements. Establish and maintain strong business and customer relationships through exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-Driven Insights and Sales Strategies: Utilize data-driven insights to identify new sales opportunities and track progress towards goals. Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution and Market Analysis: Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints to maximize satisfaction and loyalty. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of achievement.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with best practices in sales and marketing, including relationship-building and negotiation techniques.
  • Highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
