Key Responsibilities- Process laboratory tests prescribed by doctors
- Brief patients on laboratory test procedures for accurate specimen collection
- Hand over laboratory test reports after verifying necessary details
- Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining records according to laboratory policy
- Verify test requirements with patients and provide verbal/written instructions for specimen collection
- Handle telephonic and in-person inquiries regarding laboratory tests and schedule appointments for special tests
- Perform dual functions as a Phlebotomist at collection points when required
- At least two years of relevant work experience, including one year as a Phlebotomist
- Good interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
- Proficiency in computer usage and basic applications
- Adequate knowledge of laboratory tests and procedures
- Flexibility to perform shift duties

The position is located in Swabi. The role involves handling patient specimens and supporting clinical services. Good communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential for success in this position.
This role requires individuals who can work independently and efficiently manage their workload. Proficiency in basic applications and computer systems is expected. Laboratory procedures and protocols must also be understood.
