Job Title: Operations Manager

Develop effective administrative strategies to drive business success. As an operations manager, you will oversee and manage the administrative functions of a department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Oversight: Supervise and manage administrative operations, including developing and implementing administrative functions to monitor business operations.
  • Staff Management: Direct and manage the activities of staff in an administrative setting, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Facilities Management: Manage and supervise facilities functions, including inventory control management systems for the inventory department.
  • Communication: Assist with front desk management, handling visitors and clients, and provide support to the financial department in preparation of budget reports and statements.
  • Record Keeping: Develop logistics for organizing records, files, and statements, and maintain security and confidentiality of company information.
  • Travel Arrangements: Prepare travel documents and make travel arrangements as needed.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze business data from various departments to prepare reports and presentations for management.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess knowledge of office administration, human resource management, and supervision. Have excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing programs, and email at a highly proficient level.
