At the intersection of finance and community, a pivotal role awaits: the creation and curation of high-quality content that educates and resonates with financially fluent audiences. As a skilled storyteller, you will craft engaging narratives that inspire dialogue, grow communities, and propel business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage an integrated content calendar across various platforms (Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram).
  • Grow our flagship podcast by identifying compelling guests and leading outreach, scheduling, and prep efforts.
  • Repurpose raw insights into concise, impactful content formats (threads, memes, posts) that resonate with financial professionals.
  • Write and publish high-performing threads, memes, captions, and posts that spark meaningful conversations.
  • Utilize tools like Buffer, Metricool, or Descript to schedule, post, and track engagement across platforms.
  • Engage with comments, DMs, and threads to foster real-time discussions and build community trust.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategy accordingly to optimize growth and impact.
Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of financial markets, trends, and media landscape in fintech and investing.
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or community development, preferably in finance or related fields.
  • Strong writing skills, including the ability to craft compelling hooks, threads, posts, and memes for sophisticated financial audiences.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools, such as Descript, CapCut, Figma, Canva, or similar creator and scheduling tools.
  • Deep knowledge of online communities, including FinTwit, Reddit, Telegram, and niche financial discourse.
