About This Role

We are seeking an exceptional Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, including defining scope, schedule, risks, deliverables, and resources. You will oversee a cross-functional team, collaborate with process audit and compliance teams, and contribute to improving project management processes.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in software development projects, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and proficiency in tools like JIRA and DevOps. Experience with Dynamics365 implementation is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish close working relationships with Customer Stakeholders, Program Manager, and Software Architect to drive team deliverables and goals.
  • Contribute to enhancing project management processes, delivery excellence, and leadership quality within the team.
  • Develop, manage, and execute project plans by defining scope, schedule, risks, deliverables, and resources.
  • Tailor Agile methodologies to suit project needs.
  • Manage, monitor, and motivate the cross-functional project team.
  • Liaise with Process Audit and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Set team goals and guide team performance through regular reviews.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of software development processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science from a reputable institution.
  • 5-8 years of experience in reputable software organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in software development projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills in English.
  • A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with respect.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is essential.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA and DevOps is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CMMi level processes is advantageous.
