Senior Software Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Development Manager to lead the development of our cutting-edge software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing technical teams, designing and implementing robust software systems, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging expertise to drive technical strategy and vision for software development
  • Mentoring and guiding senior developers to ensure they meet performance expectations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun Off)

Main Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

Drive technical innovation and excellence through effective leadership and mentorship of senior developers.

Software Development Management

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, and other teams to align software development with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership and Management

Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams and driving business outcomes.

Technical Expertise

Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

Communication and Interpersonal

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
