Job Title: E-commerce Operations SpecialistAbout the Role:

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring seamless e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Regularly check inventory levels on vendor websites, update stock quantities as necessary, and coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues with product listings.
  • Order Processing: Create and process transfer orders in the inventory management system, ensure accurate documentation and tracking of inventory movements, and coordinate with logistics teams to facilitate smooth transfers.
  • Sales and Purchases: Generate sale orders in the e-commerce platform or ERP system based on customer purchases, prepare and issue invoices for completed sales, and verify the accuracy of sale orders and invoices.
  • Purchase Order Management: Create purchase orders based on inventory needs and supplier agreements, submit them for necessary approvals, track their status, and follow up with approvers as needed.
  • Data Accuracy: Update online inventory data to match physical stock levels, monitor for inventory discrepancies, and address them promptly. Coordinate with other departments to align online inventory with overall business operations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for coordinating with vendors, logistics teams, and other departments.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is required to ensure accurate inventory management, order processing, and data entry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and inventory management software is necessary.
