Business Intelligence Specialist

The Business Intelligence Specialist will be responsible for analyzing business data to identify areas of improvement and developing strategies to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve performance.
  3. Create dashboards and reports to measure progress.
  4. Collaborate with teams to devise strategies for reaching performance goals.
  5. Work on forecasting models to predict future performance.
  6. Determine the factors impacting business performance.
  7. Assist in comparing forecasts to actual performance.
  8. Maintain and monitor departmental KPIs.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or Master's in STEM field or Economics from a top-tier institution.
  2. 1-3 years of experience.
  3. Proficiency in creating dashboards.
  4. Knowledge of Python is an asset.
  5. Familiarity with PowerBI is beneficial.
  6. Able to structure/source data into a data warehouse and automate processes that support business.
