Seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead procurement efforts. Key responsibilities include evaluating bills of quantities from drawings, possessing strong drawing study skills, creating procurement plans based on production plans, material demand, and indents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate BOQ from drawings and possess strong drawing study skills.
  2. Create procurement plans based on production plans, material demand, and indent.
  3. Develop procurement budgets as per procurement plans.
  4. Negotiate with suppliers and issue purchase orders to the most suitable ones.
  5. Follow up for timely material delivery and address material quality issues promptly.
  6. Reconcile ledgers of the organization and suppliers and ensure timely payments.
  7. Maintain accurate documentation and update inventory levels regularly.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement is required, along with a B-Tech (Hons.) Mechanical Degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strategic thinking, and team collaboration are essential. Knowledge of available suppliers and current capacity situation is also crucial.
