Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Legal Advisor who possesses a Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate setting, preferably in the IT industry.

The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance. They should also have extensive experience in employment and labor law, including employment contracts, workplace policies, termination procedures, and human rights issues.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential requirements for this role. Additionally, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are highly desirable.
