As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing industry-leading solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technical concepts and be able to apply them effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop high-quality end-to-end solutions that meet customer requirements, are fit for purpose, scalable, and secure.
  2. Lead technical teams across multiple projects, delegating work as necessary to optimize resource allocation.
  3. Support the planning process for the technical workstream, ensuring deliverables align with project milestones.
  4. Collaborate with customers to define and challenge business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  5. Provide technical governance and assurance throughout the delivery life cycle.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with solution design and delivery.
  7. Conduct in-depth analysis of key initiatives to resolve complex issues and capitalize on opportunities.
Skills Required
  1. Technical expertise in Application, Integration, Data, Technology, and Security architecture.
  2. Understanding of SaaS, Cloud hosting, and Integration technologies.
  3. Experience developing distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.
  4. Familiarity with software development lifecycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  6. Capacity to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. Leadership skills to guide teams and drive results with minimal supervision.
  8. Analytical skills to inform data-driven decisions and drive business outcomes.
  9. Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments.
  10. Proven ability to collaborate with others towards shared goals.
  11. Relevant certifications, such as ITIL3 or TOGAF.
  12. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  13. Desirable: experience working in CPG, Retail, or ERP sectors.
