We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract, acquire, and retain top talent for the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and other stakeholders to identify and fill job openings.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and labor laws to stay up-to-date on industry developments and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that promote a culture of belonging and respect.
  • Design and deliver training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of recruitment teams, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as recruitment software and tools.
