About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using .NET on the backend and Angular or React on the frontend.

This is an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from implementing features to resolving bugs and improving performance. You will collaborate with architects, QA engineers, project managers, and client-facing teams to deliver clean, scalable, and secure solutions on Azure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET on the backend and Angular or React on the frontend.
  • Implementation and Collaboration: Work across the full stack to implement features, resolve bugs, and improve performance. Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, project managers, and client-facing teams.
  • Technical Contributions: Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that follows best practices.
  • Solution Optimization: Ensure solutions are secure, performant, and cloud-optimized for Azure.
  • Peer Review and Improvement: Participate in peer reviews, estimations, and sprint planning sessions. Stay up to date with new technologies and bring forward ideas for improvement.

Core Technical Skills Required

  • .NET Experience: Strong experience with .NET (C#, .NET Core/6/7)
  • Frontend Frameworks: Solid hands-on experience with Angular or React (must be confident in at least one)
  • Azure Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Azure— app services, storage, functions, etc.
  • API and Database Expertise: Experience with REST APIs, relational databases (SQL Server or similar)
  • CI/CD and DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and DevOps principles
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications are a strong plus

Experience and Background

  • Full-Stack Development: 4–6 years of full-stack development experience in modern, structured environments
  • Collaboration and Communication: Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within agile teams
  • Larger Systems Experience: Experience contributing to larger systems or platforms — not just isolated modules
  • Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to balance speed and quality — making pragmatic decisions in delivery
