Business Operations Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating clients' financing requirements, managing drawdown requests, and completing necessary formalities for disbursement. This includes following up with internal departments to ensure the resolution of pre- and post-disbursement formalities related to loan cases.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
The individual will perform financial analysis and draft reports on potential and new customers, as well as develop term sheets and other credit-related materials to procure internal approvals from risk management.
Liaison and Coordination:
This role involves liaising with operations, risk, and legal departments to manage and monitor advances, accompanying senior asset staff to customer calls, and writing call reports and maintaining a journal for the same.
Disbursement and Compliance:
The candidate will be responsible for managing all disbursement day formalities for the asset team and assisting the Head of Business in developing marketing material for partner financial institutions.
Client Guidance and Strategic Development:
This position requires guiding clients on operational procedures and devising strategies to cater to and align PMRC products with changes in market dynamics.
