Positions Available for Experienced Professionals in Campus Operations

The Institution is looking for experienced professionals to fill various positions under a Higher Education Commission (HEC) Funded Project. The project aims to enhance the capacity of Institute of Art and Sciences Hafizabad Sub-Campus and Chiniot Campus of Government College University, Faisalabad.

• We are seeking highly qualified professionals with relevant experience to join our team as Campus Directors, Project Directors, Budget & Accounts Officers, Computer Operators, Junior Clerks, Drivers, Dispatchers, Naib Qasids, and Malis/Baildars.
• These positions involve managing campus operations, leading projects, maintaining financial records, operating computers, providing administrative support, driving vehicles, dispatching goods, and performing other tasks related to campus management.

About the Positions:

• Campus Directors: Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing resources, and supervising staff members.
• Project Directors: Lead projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion.
• Budget & Accounts Officers: Maintain accurate financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze financial data.
• Computer Operators: Operate computer systems, maintain databases, and provide technical support.
• Junior Clerks: Provide administrative support, handle correspondence, and perform other clerical tasks.
• Drivers: Drive vehicles safely, transport personnel, and perform other driving-related duties.
• Dispatchers: Dispatch goods, collect information, and perform other related tasks.
• Naib Qasids: Assist in performing various tasks related to campus management.
• Malis/Baildars: Perform grounds maintenance tasks, including gardening, cleaning, and other related duties.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Campus Directors: PhD in Social Sciences/Management Sciences/Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution; 10-12 years experience in planning, development, teaching, research, academics, and administration.
• Project Directors: BSc in Civil Engineering from a recognized University; 12 years experience in relevant field.
• Budget & Accounts Officers: At least graduate; 10 years experience in audit and accounts.
• Computer Operators: BA/Higher Secondary School examination with computer science; one year Diploma in Computer Science from Board of Technical Education or any recognized institution.
• Junior Clerks: Higher Secondary School examination; typing speed in English of 35 w.p.m and knowledge of word processing.
• Drivers: Literate; valid LTV license.
• Dispatchers: Secondary School Exam; valid motorcycle driving license.
• Naib Qasids: Literate.
• Malis/Baildars: Literate.
