Business Process Re-engineering Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) specialist to lead process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with business areas to identify and document business needs, opportunities, and objectives, and develop strategies for achieving the desired vision and best practices.
  2. Maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management team members.
  3. Conduct focus group sessions, process mapping, research, coordination, documentation, identification of process issues, and their root causes.
  4. Provide analytical and business support to project initiatives.
  5. Analyze data, interpret its meaning, and present conclusions in charts, graphs, or spreadsheets.
  6. Create AS-IS and TO-BE process maps using MS – Visio.
  7. Prepare and present timely updates on project plans, status, cycles, and results.
Requirements:

Necessary Skills:

  1. Data analysis and presentation skills, along with an understanding of workflow sequences.
  2. Practical experience in process improvement/Business Process Re-engineering projects and Change Management.
  3. Excellent communication, research, and report writing skills.
  4. Familiarity with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Statistics, or related Business Degree.
  • Three to five years of experience in a similar role implementing business improvement solutions in higher education or healthcare environments.
