Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through thorough testing and validation. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and applying testing processes to meet client needs.
  • Solving customer queries and providing timely solutions.
  • Developing customer relationships by providing technical information and training.
  • Identifying new technologies and making recommendations for product improvement.
  • Carrying out research tasks according to client needs.
  • Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Creating detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Identifying, recording, tracking, and documenting bugs thoroughly.
  • Performing regression testing after bug fixes.
  • Liaising with internal teams to identify system requirements.
  • Staying up to date with new testing tools and strategies.
  • Developing standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
  • Identifying the quality assurance process bottleneck and suggesting actions for improvement.
  • Performing regression maintenance for new and existing products/features.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (Any major)
  • Experience: 0 – 2 years
  • Basic knowledge of ETL, and QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Analytical and persuasive mastery
  • Critical eye to find unseen problems
  • Passion for lifelong learning
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team of diverse people
  • A keen interest in learning new technologies, features developed etc.
  • Must have basic knowledge of REST APIs and Databases.
