Evidence-Based Interventionist

• This position requires a highly skilled professional with significant experience in designing and delivering coaching and training programs for educators and other adult learners, as well as overseeing the implementation and monitoring of complex projects.
• Candidates with eight or more years of relevant experience, particularly those with teaching experience and/or involvement in education systems emphasizing social, emotional, and behavioral support, are strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to design and implement evidence-based interventions to improve students' socio-emotional capabilities, build relationships among school stakeholders, and boost student engagement is essential.

• A Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Behavioural Science, or a related subject from a reputable university is necessary.
• Advanced degrees in these fields are highly desirable.
