We are seeking a Front-Line Sales Representative to join our team as an E-book Front Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer interactions, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to grow their career in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, handling sales calls, and training junior sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Manage customer relationships through effective communication, providing solutions to customer needs and concerns.
  • Handle sales calls and close deals effectively, utilizing negotiation skills to meet or exceed targets.
  • Train and mentor junior sales representatives to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to sales strategies and process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proven sales and sales management experience, with a history of exceeding targets and driving growth.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a focus on digital sales and customer engagement.

Working Hours:

The sales specialist will work during the evening hours, from 6 PM – 3 AM (US Timings).
