About the Role

We are seeking a skilled mental health specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide evidence-based psychological services, including individual and group counselling and psychotherapy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular clinical assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide psychological support and interventions to individuals and groups, addressing various mental health conditions and psychosocial issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate activities and ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in mental health and psychosocial support.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with NGOs, a master's degree in psychology, and proficiency in recognized psychotherapy techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A master's degree in psychology or a related field is required.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, such as refugees or those affected by conflict, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer software is necessary for efficient data management and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective documentation and collaboration with stakeholders.
