Main Responsibilities:
  • Risk-Based Inspection study of Pressure Equipment assets, including preparation of line listing and collection of design & operating data of static equipment.
  • Setting up and updating RBI and conventional inspection data in UEPL-approved software (ACET).
  • Ensuring accuracy and reliability of data in the UEPL-approved software.
  • Maintaining compliance with UEPL procedures, HSE objectives and Performance Contract.
  • Conducting Safety audits, SC's and SOC's to identify potential risks.
Required Qualifications:
  • API 580 certification for Risk-Based Inspection.
  • Knowledge or certification of relevant API codes, such as API 510, API 570, API 653, and API 571.
Key Requirements:
  • 10 years' experience in RBI studies.
  • At least 5 years' experience in RBI pressure systems in the upstream oil and gas sector.
  • Proficiency in Inspection database management software like ACET, PALLADIO, etc.
  • Familiarity with RBI software / sheets is advantageous.
