About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LinkedIn Outreach Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and engaging with potential B2B leads via LinkedIn and converting those conversations into demo bookings for our sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Craft personalized messages to spark interest in our CRM solution on LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demos with the sales team.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential customers.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and performance metrics in our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment).
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalize and build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage your pipeline, and meet weekly/monthly demo booking targets.
- Prior experience working with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
