Job Description">

As a lead technical operator, you will take ownership of all things web. From WordPress builds and plugin management to Looker dashboards and SEO setup, you will be the person who turns strategy into execution.

This is a hands-on role for a creative, self-driven professional who does not need hand-holding.

You will build and manage custom WordPress websites, set up themes, plugins, and custom features per project, optimize Core Web Vitals and site speed for all builds, and perform complete on-page SEO.

Responsibilities include managing plugin stack: security, SEO, forms, backups, optimization, setting up GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Pixel, and Tag Manager, building clean, functional Looker Studio dashboards for client performance tracking, and using Bloom to update project tasks and delivery status.

Future opportunities may involve helping onboard and guide junior developers or contractors as the agency grows.

Direct report to the agency owner, with occasional collaboration with freelance writers, designers, or junior devs.
