About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Private Label Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce operation, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing brands on Amazon, as well as launching new private label brands.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in brand management and growth on Amazon, with expertise in Amazon PPC management and advertising strategies. You will also have strong knowledge of Amazon policies, compliance, and account health management, as well as proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and data analysis for reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to scale brands on Amazon, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Lead the launch of new private label brands from research to market entry.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, including SEO, A+ Content, and brand store updates.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and regulations.
  • Monitor sales, identify trends, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Lead and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to maintain product quality and availability.
  • Manage inventory forecasting to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to delegate tasks and ensure operational success.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing and growing brands on Amazon, especially Private Label or Brand Management.
  • Expertise in Amazon PPC management and advertising strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, compliance, and account health management.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and data analysis for reporting and decision-making.
  • Experience with Amazon research tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, including with international clients.
