Sales Development Professional

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with proven experience in business development within the US market.

The ideal candidate will excel in generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales through various channels such as Upwork, Fiverr, cold calling, cold emailing, and social media. The sales professional will also be responsible for creating marketing materials and executing strategies to enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development
    1. Identify and acquire new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
    2. Develop and implement effective cold calling and cold emailing strategies to generate leads.
    3. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients in the US market.
    4. Research market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Sales Strategy
    1. Collaborate with the team to define and execute sales strategies.
    2. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  3. Marketing and Social Media
    1. Create engaging marketing materials for social media handles.
    2. Develop and execute social media posts and campaigns to enhance visibility.
    3. Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
  4. Preferred Skills:
    1. Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content and campaigns for better reach.
    2. Manage client accounts effectively, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in business development and sales within the US market.
  2. Strong expertise with freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
  3. Demonstrated success in cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation.
  4. Experience in creating and managing social media content and marketing materials.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Familiarity with SEO best practices and account management is a plus.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience in account management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
