About Us

We are seeking a qualified educator to lead our learning center. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall center management, ensuring a continued quality learning environment, and implementing the program's objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support and assist the learning center in meeting the overall objectives and the needs of individual learners.
• Develop and maintain effective educational programs within the learning center, promoting teaching and learning improvement.
• Serve as a building administrator, supervising learners, facilitators, staff, volunteers, and personnel from outside agencies.

Key Duties:

• Organize the learning center, develop the instructional program, assign duties to staff, and supervise their work.
• Ensure proper registration, transfer, and attendance of learners, maintaining accurate student records.
• Establish procedures for textbook control, monitor access to visitors, and foster a sense of pride and respect for the learning center property.
• Lead on learners' learning outcomes and ensure full compliance with program requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum degree in education or related field preferred.
• Good experience working with communities, teachers, and students to ensure retention, attendance, and consistency of the education process.
• Excellent communication, motivation, and presentation skills.
