IT Executive Job Summary

Taj Corporation seeks an experienced IT Executive to manage its IT infrastructure, ensure customer-centric software development, and uphold data security standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities
  • Design and implement IT infrastructure at business centers.
  • Develop and maintain customer-centric software solutions through regular upgrades.
  • Manage data security and backup protocols to prevent potential losses.
  • Oversee IT asset management and connectivity troubleshooting across all business centers.
  • Provide IT support to other departments and conduct training sessions for human resources personnel.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for the IT department.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable organization.
  • Strong communication, training, and IT skills.
  • Result-oriented, highly organized, and motivated with excellent team management skills.
  • Able to lead and influence with sound decision-making qualities.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English as well as IT software.
  • Will to travel and adapt to changing requirements.
Education Requirements

Post-qualification degree in Computer Science or related field.
