Audit Quality Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced auditor and/or technical specialist who can lead on audit quality through thought leadership, setting guidance, and a continuous cycle of improving, learning, and monitoring.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of company structures, funds, and banking products, and experience conducting due diligence on clients, ensuring that all regulatory information and documentation has been completed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluating the effectiveness of our quality management systems and identifying areas for improvement;
- Developing and implementing quality assurance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Providing coaching and guidance to junior associates to support their development and improve their skills;
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, audit committees, and other external parties.

- You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work products and meeting deadlines;
