Seeking a Senior E-commerce Designer to lead our team in creating visually stunning Shopify websites.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility, leadership skills, and the ability to guide junior designers. This role requires someone who can take ownership of client projects, ensure a seamless design experience, and maintain high design standards across all deliveries.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and visualize Shopify website experiences that exceed client expectations.
  • Customize Free/Premium Shopify themes with precision and flair.
  • Collaborate with developers to translate vision into functional, user-centric designs.
  • Guide junior designers to provide constructive design feedback and support their growth.
  • Integrate and customize third-party apps to enhance user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, UX/UI principles, and Shopify ecosystem updates.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency in website design and UX/UI principles.
  • Expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or Figma.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Leadership qualities with experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid (a strong bonus).
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and handle multiple projects.
