A Retail Branch Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail location. They oversee staff, customer service, sales, and operational efficiency to meet goals and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff to foster a motivated and productive team environment.
       • Set performance expectations and provide coaching and feedback to help team members excel.
  2. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a welcoming and responsive environment that ensures excellent customer service.
       • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively to drive satisfaction and retention.
  3. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
       • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to enhance results and introduce new products or services to increase revenue streams.
  4. Branch Operations: Manage daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
       • Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and monitor branch expenses to optimize profitability.
  5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, local businesses, and community members to identify opportunities for partnerships or collaborations.
       • Enhance branch visibility through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  6. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to staff to improve their product knowledge and customer service skills.
       • Foster professional growth and career development among team members.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
       • Present findings and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
  • 2+ years' of management or supervisory experience.
  • Experience hiring and training individuals.
