Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced front-end engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in crafting the user experience for our AI-powered healthcare-communication platform. This includes designing, building, and deploying high-performance applications across browsers and mobile devices, ensuring continuous maintenance and support of existing applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern web and cross-platform mobile technologies, including Next.js, React Native, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI. They will be responsible for leading the development of features, integrating end-to-end encrypted chat and voice/video calling SDKs, consuming GraphQL/REST services, and optimizing rendering, bundle size, and accessibility.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Expert-level React/TypeScript skills with hands-on experience in Next.js (App Router) and React Native.
  • Advanced styling skills with Tailwind CSS and component libraries such as Shadcn UI.
  • Proven track record of deploying, scaling, and debugging production apps on Vercel or similar serverless platforms.
  • Solid grasp of secure data handling, E2EE principles, and HIPAA/PHIPA-aligned best practices.
  • Familiarity with real-time communication SDKs and modern state-management tools.
  • Excellent analytical and English communication skills.
