Strategic Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, guiding the team towards exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement plans for web, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising initiatives across various owned, paid, and earned media channels.
  • Monitor and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) to optimize spend and performance.
  • Analyze trends and insights, utilizing data to inform decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop innovative growth strategies, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in digital marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
  • Implement lead nurturing and marketing automation strategies, including list segmentation, emails, campaign automation, landing pages, and reporting.
  • Work closely with website developers to ensure digital marketing campaigns are fully optimized and all required components are working effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Support the development of content creation across digital channels, driving engagement and conversion.
Job Requirements
  • Manage online brand and campaigns to raise brand awareness and establish a strong online presence.
  • Conduct market research, evaluating customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.
  • Enhance the usability, design, content, and conversion of company websites, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Oversee planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation.
