Junior Full Stack Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Junior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications while gaining hands-on experience with AI-driven features and modern technologies.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with senior developers and product teams to build and enhance AI-powered web applications.
  2. Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend systems.
  3. Integrate APIs, third-party services, databases, and AI/ML models where required.
  4. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards.
  5. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.
  7. Stay updated with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in software development, with a strong focus on React Native development.
  • Experience with JavaScript and modern front-end development frameworks.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database integration (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

Preferred Skills

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Experience with AI / Machine Learning projects — integrating OpenAI, LangChain, RAG pipelines, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
  • Exposure to TypeScript and modern testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
  • Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS / GCP.
